Hey all,

I'm getting myself stuck on timers and how to reset them to after a certain amount of time. and need some help understanding how, as at this point in time looks like there's a feature missing ?

So I have set up incremental Signal, which unlimited fires and triggers every second (cool, fires every second) However only counts when the desired conditions have been met. I want it to start logging once the first Increment signal has been logged with a value of 1 and count how long since 1 has been actived for, NOT the occurrence of how many times it has triggered the condition.

I then want to reset the signal after 5 seconds have passed.

Again, I cant seem to figure out how to do this or if there's a feature to do this?

Could anyone help please :)!

Create a separate signal or stored value that increments by 1 every second then rests to 0 when it reaches 5.

Yeah I've just figured it out now. Bit more complicated than it needs to be tbf but It 'should' work. I mean it should work but a delay counter or stored value timer should be a good feature. just an idea :)

I've got my first signal unlimited triggers 1 every s to count how many interactions it has with a desired occurrence with signal A

Then I've set another signal unlimted triggers 1 every s to then count if the above is greater than 1increment with a signal B (to tell it when it has first spotted its trigger)

And then I've got signal C to reset signal A if signal B reaches greater than 6 increments. before signal A triggers

Thanks for the swift reply as always james
