I've been running something new today (Tennis, Match Odds) in Practice mode to get a feel for it. "Export Results on Market Closure" is ticked. But if I look at the files for P&L, Matched Bets and Log many are empty except for the column headings although the bets and log entries are listed in the bottom window of Guardian.

Let's take one Tennis Match as an example, Tiphanie Lemaitre v Deborah Chiesa this morning. The Guardian log shows 46 bet were placed and the Matched Bets tag shows 26 as being matched (as does the Guardian Markets Table) but all three Log, Matched Bets and P&L files are empty except for the column headings. The (near) blank report files were last saved at 09:48 this morning and the last Log Entry by Guardian is also 09:48.

As a confusing comparison the report files for the Dominika Salkova v Julia Riera match this morning are fully populated. In total so far today I have tested on 41 matches that have finished. Of these 21 placed bets but only 12 of these have populated report files.

Other settings are refresh rate is 20ms. I have 97 markets in Guardian that are spread over the day. Refresh is restricted to 1200 seconds pre start and 900 seconds post start.

Has anybody any thoughts what may be causing this?

If you're looking at 900 seconds post-start that's 15 minutes, most tennis matches aren't going to finish in that time-frame.

as an aside, and 100% unrelated to your original post, don't bother with ITF until around Christmas time where you get the players who want a holiday in the sun. There's a couple of random tournaments at that point, rest of year, you have zilch that is scalable.

Hi Paul, the 900 seconds is from a standard setting I use ... in the case of these bets they are placed 10 mins after the game starts so the market can relate to how the players are playing ... i.e. was one of them on 'a bender' the night before! :D I'm not interested beyond the first 600 seconds, the 900 is just to allow a margin. But are you suggesting that the Reports are produced when the monitoring ceases (900 points) and not when the market closes? I've not really thought about that before.

I could well have been like one of those players as I was pretty inebriated when I answered last night :D The joy of my local putting Mahou on top.
Hmmm no the reports should be generated when market closes but maybe due to the refresh it's not picking up certain bits?

My refresh is set at 200ms in guardian but I don't have as many matches loaded in as you do.
Restrict refresh set to 1200 before start and 99999 after

Thanks Paul, I've moved away from Restrict Refresh because of the uncertainty of when a tennis match actually starts (I raised in another thread). I'm using Always Armed coupled with "In-Play or first point" Conditions. I've not had a repeat so let's put it down to a glitch for now.
