This one is probably closest, and also has a few extra columns not in the one in the video so you could add the missing columns to it or edit those with info you don't and have them display whats in the video

i managed to use above link thanks very much. The Column Green all P&L i thought that actually recorded your P&L for that market which it does. I thought yes prayers being answered, but when the market is over it disappears , a good feature would be exactly that with your total for the day at the bottom. I tries creating a spread sheet to do this but Failed
, tell me is it obviously disappearing because market closes or have i put Column in wrongAlpha
