Baffling Servant - Multiple entries

Mucking about in Practice mode, testing some exits late on in-running. Two simple rules in the servant: 1) Place a lay with offset - all running fine. 2) Close trade on selection should profit with greening be less than -£10. This is firing perfectly well but, for some reason is firing three exit entries - example attached. What have I missed/set up wrong?
