The GC analysis states that only 4.3% of "active accounts" are restricted. But an "active" account is any that has placed at least 1 bet in the last 12 months.

So they've not been restricting the recreational punters having a once-a-year crack at the Grand National or FA Cup final then? And what about all the accounts that are no longer active because they are restricted?

Talk about flawed...
