Timer issue

I've only just noticed on my timer of 1 to 10 than it doesnt reset on the 10th and if it does it missed all the data (Im using signals).

What do I need to do to resolve this 1 to 10 = reset on 10 doesnt log 10.
1 to 10 = reset when greater than 10 resets on 11.

I want it to reset and cycle back to 1 as if it was 11.. whats the solutions chaps ?

Add a line that says when signal = 11 then make signal = 1
