formula excel

hi, excuse my english i like to back under cuote 2 all field horses in all races uk and ireland by excel, in the forum i obtain the formula for in play =if(c3>f3;"keep_all";""), and for back one horse =if(g9<2;"back";""), the question are:
1. how i keep the same formula for all races or is automatic? with guardian
2.any option for the formula aply for all horses and dont have to write in each horse.
3.any option for one simplified formula
any help, is very apreciated.
