Colours

Anyone help with this?
Every single Newmarket meeting, without fail, there is a problem with colours.
Sometimes Betfair doesn't have horse colours and I refresh the screen and they usually return.
However, on BetAngel at every Newmarket meeting there are multiple races through the cards that don't have colours attached to the horses.
And yes, I go to the setting and communication bit and mess about with the alternative silks etc, but it never works. I have to shut down BetAngel, then log-in again and sometimes the colours return.

There must be a better way to fix this...I'm actually not 'fixing' it consistently at the moment.
