Late suspensions at UK greyhound racing today

I'm at the Towcester track today. Betfair stream about 12 secs behind live, but markets suspended about 5 seconds before lids. Suspensions are happening before the official off-time.

However, last Tuesday Betfair suspends were after the official off-time by a couple of seconds. I suspect Betfair use raw feeds for their market management so it probably depends on the latency of the feed they happen to be using on that day.
