Hi, Please help someone if poss !!!

I have accidently deleted my "active profile" on keyboard shortcuts ( i only had 1 profile before with loads of keyboard shortcuts ).

i have tried to change my profile on ladder settings to a difeerent one. but the keyboard shortcuts active profile is still now empty.

Please tell me they are not gone forever !!! ( or i suppose please do tell me if , in fact, that is true )

I think the support guys have replied to your already, but your best bet is a file recovery tool on the underlying subdirectory.
