What we have today is too removed from why we have it ... we should never be allowed to forget it even though our schools would rather not teach it. We must remember and honour that they gave their today for our tomorrow and never forget it.

Long-term UK borrowing costs have just hit their highest level in 27 years. 30-year gilt yields have climbed above 5.5%. That's almost 20% higher than when Labour took power just over a year ago, when they were around 4.6%.
It's the highest number since 1998.

Anyway, not sure it's a good idea, wouldn't it have a negative impact on the dwindling forum activity?
I do use it regularly and many good traders made their own discord servers like Psychoff etc, but can't imagine people being familiar with it unless they were gaming with their friends. Not sure I'd be interested tbh, I could see privacy being an issue etc.

I wasn't sure where to post this ... General Election? ... Jokes? etc. but decided here would be most neutral. Just heard that apparently Boris talked of him joining Reform as being like a penis enlargement ... everybody wants it but it never quite works!

I don't get this recent 'guilty by association' obsession. Having a criminal as a friend does not automatically make them delinquent or a bad ambassador to the US.
