Lay Bet not triggering 50% of the time once delay applied?

Hi all,

I have a simple breakback bot running on tennis. Lays the server when the go break up, greens up when the play breaks back. The bot works fine until I apply a slight delay on the lay bet being placed. It then only works 50% of the time (delay always triggers, but lay won't always place). I have used Dallas' 'Trade the server with delays' as a guide, but the issue still occurs. Blow are my settings. What am I doing wrong? (I have a second delay for 'green all profit' at the end of the set and there has been no issue with this). Oddly it does always trigger if I apply the bot when the match is inplay rather then have it set prior to the match beginning...
