Prices not refreshing

I just started using BA pro , and nothing is refreshing im on refresh every 100ms , using exchange streaming , im on windows 11 , i tried restarting , reinstall , and nothing ! Any help ? , using BA 1.62 , in the bottom its saying that is streaming ,

Are you talking about Guardian or one-click/ladder screens? How many markets do you have loaded in Guardian? What refresh interval do you have set under the 'markets' tab in Guardian?

I'm thinking you have accidentally unticked 'Refresh every x ms'

Oneclick/ ladder screen im talking , im not using guardian at all , refresh is ticked !
Update: i tried geekstoy too, same problem ! , i guess problem is from my internet connection or my betfair account

Maybe its because my betfair account isnt verified ? I didnt upload my driving license yet ! Is that the issue ??
