Betfair live pictures

Hello gang.

I posted a week or so ago to say that I didn't have the button for betfair live racing footage.

Someone kindly suggested that it might be a VPN, and it was, so I turned it off and it reappeared and worked fine.

Then this afternoon its gone again.

I have completely uninstalled the VPN, cleared history and cashe, shut machine down, restarted, tried two different browsers. Still no live pictures button. Just a black square when you hover over it is shows either racing TV or Sky racing, it cant be clicked on.

Any ideas please ?

Just checking, are you logged in? What appears on the direct BF video link? https://video.betfair.com/

Yes, I'm logged in. When I follow that link it gives me lots of options but no horseracing. ATVB Ian

What about a different computer? If that's the same then it must be your connection or account.

Try connecting via 5g on your phone rather than wifi, to rule out your connection.
