I'm off to have a delicious 77 calorie boiled egg now....

Math-wise it's super doable, but psychology-wise sticking to it for that long is the real challengeShaunWhite wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12, 2025 11:50 amI'm off to have a delicious 77 calorie boiled egg now....You need 7,700 cal to make 1kg of body fat. 256 more/fewer cals a day =1kg a month =nearly 2st in 12 months. That's doable whether you're aim is up or down. (5x ginger biscuits for us calorie counters

I read that too fast and thought you said you crashed your exercise bikeEuler wrote: ↑Tue Oct 21, 2025 4:43 pmMy efforts to hit a new low before the year is out has taken a blow.
First, I had unexpected jaw surgery, which knocked me out for about a month, then I crashed my mountain bike, and it's going to be two months for a full recovery. So no excercise for 2/3 months kills any chance of reaching my target. Unless I don't ever eat again!
So I'll do my best and try again next year!
