It was removed, because it was misleading.
The order of the shortcuts matters as assigning multiple actions to the same keypress is supported. Even more necessary with the new auto-keypress feature.
Allowing the columns to be sorted played havoc with the up and down arrows and made it hard to tell what the underlying run order would be. e.g. The third item in the sorted list may actually have been the first in the run order and cause the up arrow to be disabled.
Sorry if you used that feature, we didn't think anyone did, but it needed to be disabled.
If it's just that your shortcuts are currently in a random order and you wish to tidy-up the display, you'll need to use the up/down arrows to manually rearrange and re-save.
