It's turgid ground out there, perhaps the going is worse than advised at Perth (soft) and Exeter (good to firm  )?

From the 7 races so far today, we've had 1.34, 2.0, 1.76, 1.01, 1.12, 1.3, and 1.09 in-running traded prices all beaten.

The result was amended by the Stewards after the race for interference between the original winner and the original second placed horse.

Race 4 - 3:33pm
THE BRITISH STALLION STUDS EBF FUTURE STAYERS NURSERY HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 2) (Sire and Dam Restricted Race) (GBBPLUS RACE)

An enquiry was held to consider the placings in this race after interference inside the final furlong, involving the winner, EXPLOSION, ridden by Silvestre De Sousa and BOURBON BLUES, placed second, ridden by Jack Callan. The Stewards considered that the interference had improved the placing of EXPLOSION as on the run to the line, BOURBON BLUES appeared to be holding EXPLOSION before BOURBON BLUES received two bumps, turning its quarters and taking the gelding slightly off its intended line to be beaten a head. The interference was found to be accidental as EXPLOSION shifted left-handed before being quickly corrected. The placings were revised as follows: First – BOURBON BLUES; Second – EXPLOSION; Third - CRYSTAL PIER (IRE).
