Displaying TPD Racecourse visual and Par chart

I’ve subscribed to TPD, selected race (14:05 at Doncaster) and just want to see visual display of runners / racecourse and par chart. I have imported the “My TPD Data” file and added it to Guardian for this race. Within BA settings and TPD, I have selected “Show in its own window” for map and racecourse and for ‘Race par chart” I’ve selected “Show next to map”. I can understand if these windows might be blank at this stage. Do I need to wait to nearer the race time for this to be available or is there something I need to do? Thanks.

Have you put the license key into the TPD area on settings?

For me the maps and data usually start populating about 20 mins before the race.
