If there is anyone with any tech know-how who could answer this it would be appreciated.

The vba code that sits behind my excel sheet uses quite a lot of CPU and as such if I record the session that I am running I start to see refresh rate degradation - obviously logic would suggest streamline the vba code however as it's taken me so long to get to something profitable I don't really want to change it. I also bought a top of the range gaming computer for it's processor and so there's not really anywhere to go with that. I'm not a tech person but if anyone has an suggestions on how I could record sessions without impacting on my work that would be helpful.

Also, I would then like to be able to upload to YouTube so that I can begin to make back some of the capital I have invested. If anyone has any experience of that that they are willing to share I would also appreciate it.

An nVidia card comes with shadowplay screen recording software. Give that a go.
