Sinner forced to retire in the Cinny final, retires at 0-5 in the first set.

All bets and trades are void as there wasn't a complete set.

Please help. If a tennis market wasn't launched at the start of the match, and bets were matched while the match was already underway, but was launched later during the game, should there be a refund according to the rules?

To be more precise, I'm interested in the market played today: Kaukovalta vs. Topo.
My bets were clearly matched at a price much over the market price, which is impossible. The market likely wasn't launched live in time. Does anyone have any information on what time the market launched and whether there was a delay in opening?

Compare the in-play time in your log with the official start time?

The match time on Betfair is 45 minutes earlier than what's listed on the statistics websites. What does this mean?
As far as I know, there are often delays in these challengers, and perhaps the time displayed on Betfair is the time they were originally supposed to play at?

Probably. But in your log you will see when betfair put the match into play. You can compare this with the actual start time of the match.

Sorry, I may be stupid, but how can I view this information when the market was launched in-play?
I only see the match start information on Betfair, but it was 45 minutes earlier than officials says and this is impossible

The match wasn't open in Betangel at the time

I understand, unfortunately I didn't control this match at Betangel.
It's very strange that the bet matching time isn't posted on the website yet. This is not the first time that matches are not launched on time.
When I contacted support, they said the bet was placed supposedly three seconds before the game started which I don't believe. The price was clearly above market value.

Maybe you know if there's a website that shows the dynamics of bet matching over time? Then I'd know whether the bet was matched before the in-play or after the match started.

No sorry. Betfair will know though. You could try their live chat. Ask them what time the match went into play and what time your bet matched.
