There was a fast desktop feed available until a few days ago too but it's gone, d'oh!

Android app is ~3.2 seconds behind live, tested at the track last weekend. Apple must be substantially faster now, tested iOS about a month ago and it was about 0.5sec ahead of android, which would have made it about 2.7 behind live. Any other iOS users noticed a decrease in latency?

Hi lads. Don't know if is the right place to put this, if not please delete Does anyone know of a service selling the raw satellite vision for Oz and NZ racing??? I had a guy but he sold his house and no longer has a dish. Might not be worth it anymore with the fast app, but would like to look into it again

Not sure if this has been spoken about but people trading on Australian races be careful with NSW racing markets there are a whole lot of different rules when it comes to commission the main one that got me last week is the $1000 turnover. Read the betfair Hub website to learn more. $1000 turnover is not much when trading and the fees and INSANE

4% commission on midweek Victorian thoroughbreds until the end of October.

Decent volumes last night, but not sure how that compares year on year just yet.

GPS exists but there is no service available for end user as far as I know. No drone service either that I know of.

Was Flemington vision on the Betfair video?

I'm in Aus so we get nothing via that .. how often do you guys see Aus/NZ racing on there?

Might explain why the markets are so inconsistent

We've had on-off discussions with the Triple S data in Australia, but we are a long way from being able to provide any data. But never say never.

There seems to be licensing restrictions on different territories.

I've been in contact with them for several years, huge issues with licencing. I've been told to hope for the best but to expect that it's never going to be available. Historical in-running data is available through them, but that's obviously of limited use.

No drone footage will ever be available on Australian stuff (outside of the commercial stuff they use in carnivals, which you can't get access to), airspace is very heavily restricted, as in you are probably going to jail if you get caught. Many of the major racecourses are under flight paths too, you'd literally have the Australian Feds busting down your door.
