Simple Example:

...let's say to green up a previously backed selection 100% at 5.0 the stake would be £60.00 which it shows in the greening column. If you've selected the 25% box, the column would now show the stake to be £15.00 at 5.0, (if you had selected the 10% percentage the stake shown at 5.0 would be £6.00), and you could click £15.00 4 times at 5.0 and achieve the very same £60.00 greening lay. Or you could click twice at 5.0 to lay £30.00 and then for example click once at 4.0 which might fire in about £20.00 and once at 3.0 which might fire in about £25.00. If all 4 green lays were matched you've layed £75.00, whereas if you had layed all at 5.0 you would have layed just £60.00. Happy Days!
Like this, £60 backed at 5

Try this, it’s the file from above modded to lay 25% of the green stake.
The 25% can be changed by changing the stored value in the rule (% OF FINAL STAKES)
As I said the file is moded from above so it’s a bit messy, if I can , I’ll clean it up,
It works though.
The file would need to be used as a servant shortcut or as a hotkey,
It would need changing if you wanted to use it with the one click screen.

...many thanks Dabbla - just downloaded and I'll give it a try today :)

UPDATE: yes that works Dabbla - thank you!

Of course the file is set-up to be a 'Spread Exit Lay', so a similar separate 'Spread Exit Back' file would need to be made from it unless those additional back rules could also be incorporated into the one rules file making it an all encompassing 'Spread Exit Back or Lay - 25% of Green' file...and then different ones need making for each of the different percentages being 50%, 33⅓%, 25%, 20%, 10% and 5% which is easy enough. I'll see what I can do.

I do still think a simple single percentage box near to the close all figure at the top of the screen would be better and better still would be a percentage box in each selection, perhaps in the Net Stake box where there is some space.

Meanwhile, this is a workround and one that works - thank you! :)

Previously I have entered the 100% amount, then used a calculator to change the stake to the percentage required - this shouldn't be needed with such capable software that can easily do all of that for you.

You should be able make a bot that does spread the back and lay in one bot
This bit of code will help with what side of the book the bet needs to be placed.
See my post.

How are you planning of using this ?

You may be able to select a stake on the ladder as %, Is that something that would be useful?

For example , the top row on the ladder quick stakes, could be your trading stakes, the bottom row could be a % for the green bot. Something I’ll have to play with

Nice one! - is this bot something you could/do use yourself, or are you simply testing your servant rule creation skills?

...hope it's the former, but either way many thanks Dabbla :)

It’s not something I’ll use, just trying to help you out.

I will have a play with it latter, just don’t want to spend too much time on.

Not sure if its any help or how the one you've made for Tuco has been configured but there is a spread exit servant here for both back/lay bets which might be adaptable

Cheers Dallas, this slightly different, it's looking at the greening up stake rather than the Net stake.

Updated.
You can use the stakes on the ladder as % for the bot. No bets will be placed, if the stake (%) on the ladder is greater than 100.

Be careful with this, I’m not sure how this will work with other automation or set ups.
The servant uses the (Servant context BACK price) for the % used. Using the ladder stakes seems to work fine.

...exactly - I do already have the Spread Exit rule file and this idea is basically a variation on that theme but with greening rather than greening afterwards. There are many reasons for that especially in markets that run a long time in which you may have several thousand matched bets on 20 or more selections.

Many thanks again Dabbla and Dallas - you help and assistance is always appreciated.

Dabbla - thanks for the warning - I'll only be using this as a standalone greening servant with the ladder at least for now.

Dallas - with any of my suggestions if you are unsure as to their purpose or how they might be used, do please ask as I might not have explained the suggestion as well as may be needed. I'll be able to give you an exact time when the suggestion can be best used.

Another similar servant that you've previously created Dallas is:

Green Up for Percentage of Net/Total Stake Used Servant
viewtopic.php?t=20089

...but this suggestion is more a:

Green Up for Percentage of P&L Servant

--------------

another place the percentage box could be placed, (if the developers were looking at or considering that option), would be directly above the 'Trading Profit Column' which is usually the left most column, which would mean you could have different percentages for each and every selection, as always the default being 100% when the greening box is checked.
