I am trying to green up when the horses have run 80% of the race regardless what the profit or loss is...
Is there a way?

A new 'Race completed % (using race meter)' was added to the Stored Value Condition
Or if you have a TPD subscription there is already an option to use 'Percentage of Race Distance left to Run' under the Stored Value Condition

Be wary that greening up in-play in a horse race can have nasty consequences because there is a one second delay and prices can move very quickly, especially at 80% race complete. You'll find that you'll always get matched on losing trades but might often not get matched on profitable trades. Also be careful not to retrigger greening commands within 1 sec of each other otherwise you will end up with a new set of bets triggered before the previous set of bets have hit the market and you can end up in a right old mess.
