1 Trigger 2 commands on 1 selection?

Example i have Laid a selection say at 1.23 and i'm trying to back at 1.25. I want excel to monitor the market and if it moves against me and then the amount available falls below i certain level i want it cancel my pending bet and then place another bet but at a specified price.
I have the first part of the formula
=IF(AND(G10<25000,G9=1.22),"cancel_all","")
But how do i then get the 2nd part the Back
Any help would be much appreciated!
