Fixed date/time trigger not working

i have an automation rule to set a stored value (for the event) at a specific time (07:30 am)

This rule doesn't trigger if i apply the automation to the market the day before the event, for it to 'kick in' in the morning.

its odd because i have another, separate automation rule that does work as intended i have compared them and cant see any obvious differences between the two rules.

i don't think they are getting in the way of each other as i set them up on different instances of bet angel each day.

any help/ideas appreciated.

If one works and one doesn't then it sounds like there's something set incorrectly. Check again.
