If you put up a bet with offset and fill or kill selected, is it Bet Angel or Betfair that manages the placement of the offset bet once the original bet has been matched?
Specifically, will the offset bet still be placed if Bet Angel is closed and/or retarted between the original and offset bet placement?

Its Bet Angel that manages them
ie, a market that's not on your trading screen must be in Guardian so it can be refreshed to send the offset when required
Logging out of the instance of Bet Angel the offset order was placed in will cancel them, and they won't be placed even if you login a new session
