Interlink different markets

How can I interlink different markets without using stored values?

For example:
Lay O/U 3.5

if O/U 2.5 lay market is under 1.4

Atm I store the lay price and use that stored value in condition for O/U. The issue is it would trigger it at wrong time because of the lag in storing value.

This is just an example; I want to use same in horse racing and in Cricket.

Using Stored values is the only way to link markets and pass information between them

There is no delay in them as they are only set locally so are near instantaneous once the rule triggers

Perhaps you are seeing a lag in Guardian refresh between the two markets. Guardian has to refresh the O/U 2.5 market to pick up the price is below 1.4, and then refresh on the O/U 3.5 market to register the stored value change and place the bet.

Make sure your settings are minimising the refresh latency of both markets.
