Useful questions after reviewing recordings.

Hi all.
After bit of a brake, Im trying to re-start horse racing pre off trading. I decided to record my trading days first for a few weeks or months.
Now what are the useful questions I need to ask and answer while reviewing trading day video after each trade/race?
Swing trading only, no scalping or 2-3 tick ranges.

So far strangest thing I found out like 99% of my trades are within +/- 1,2 ticks from this point. Like I anchor my trades there unconsciously.

Any reason why ? I use to think about them as important points for congestion or possible reversals ?
