sorry if it's been covered already--- Is it possible to build an automation in Bet Angel that lays the winning trap number from the previous race at the same track? (Greyhounds)
For example, if Trap 6 wins at Romford, can an automation automatically place a lay bet on Trap 6 in the next Romford race — and do this consistently across multiple tracks without manual intervention?
Additionally, can this automation be constrained by odds conditions, such as:
Only placing the lay bet if the trap’s odds are below 11.0
Skipping the trade entirely if the odds exceed that threshold
In short:
Can Bet Angel reference the previous race result?
Can it carry the winning trap number forward to the next market?
Can it apply price-based filters before placing the lay?
If anyone has experience building something like this — or knows whether Bet Angel can handle this level of race-to-race logic — I’d be interested to hear your thoughts.

I'm convinced it can be done. Would require some work to set up because you'd have to find a way to store the relevant trap number across markets of the same meeting.

Probably save a stored value as text at Bet Angel level that = the first 4 letters of the market name + trap number of last winner. Then use a text comparison that places a bet based on that stored value. Complicated though.
