Own prices

I already set my own horse-racing prices and now want a way to place bets at the last possible moment using those prices. None of the tutorials I watched covered this exact need, so I’m looking for pointers on the best approach.

I did something similar for a while, I was linking an excel sheet (BA has templates of these), loading all the markets and then adding a tab where I could upload my selections and prices. I then just run a macro to place the bets onto the linked sheets at the appropriate time.

Obviously you need a way for the macro to find the correct selection on the betangel sheets. This is where practice mode is great, took me quite a while to get the macro working properly.

There might be a better way of doing it but that is how I did it.

For another option, I am using the ‘set stored values using a file’ approach via automation. There is a template csv type file which you can update and then import values through.
