Any idea why this isn't working?

I just want to set an SV for draw odds with this and then use that value in another rule. I select 'The Draw' on my nominated selection, but the first log entry I usually get is that the market is in play (though it does work occasionally). Thanks.

Can't see anything wrong with this. Is the rule refreshing in Guardian during the allotted time periods? Perhaps you need to fix your Guardian refresh settings?
