Lowest Traded Price

Is there an easy way to back or lay at the lowest traded price at a certain time before the off?

Aha ... I've found the High & Low baf file and I think that's what I need :D

PS Does anyone else feel as if their brain is about to explode after sitting in front of ladders all day trying to determine what the hell is going on? 🤯😂
