saved "what if" ladder settings doesnt work

hi I've added the" what if" feature via the ladder settings and i save it but when i load the settings it still doesnt preview the bets. It previews on one click but not on the ladder. Not sure what im doing wrong

You need to save the ladder settings profile
(then ensure you are using that profile)

ive loaded the file on the ladder settings and loaded it on the main settings the exact same file but still not working.

Can you post a screenshot showing the 'Additional Information' page of your ladder settings on top of your ladder screen (so the profiles are visible)

I uploaded the wrong image and it’s now saying image too large so I’ll get back to you with the image but In the information items bit of additional information it’s says row 1: what if projected p and in item configuration the information type is profit values and in profit value I’ve picked what if? Protected profit a loss. That’s what I’ve inputted

There's also the 'display area' option on that page needs ticking
The images I asked for would show all that plus the profile names being used, making it easy to spot where the error is

all sorted it was just a case of ticking the box. Thank you for all your help
