Multiple Selection Automations

Need some advice because I feel like I'm making quite a mess of things with my automation - it works however I feel like I'm making a pigs ear of it when I set it up all day, and at times I'm concerned I'm running too many automations in one market [incorrectly].

In short my [Horse Racing] automation as follows is:

if Nominated Selection is between X-Y odds, back at best price and then offset by X ticks.

Now what I have is multiple models where a selection could be bet twice (i.e one model is 3-6 odds and one is 3-5 odds). So basically that'd then take up two automation slots out of the available five.

On a weekend / bigger races, these selections can get fairly out of hand and multiple horses with multiple qualifiers - and by this point I've run out of automation 'slots' . . . And I imagine I can make a much better fist of it.

Hope this makes some sense. I apologise that it sounds like a mad man.

A quick answer: I believe you can add more automation slots so taht there are more than 5 slots. Alternatively you can run a separate instance of BA

Either more than one BA instance, or change your automation so it uses a text dump of horse names as a trigger condition instead. Then you can use a list as long as you like.

Oh this is clever. So with this I could load all races for the day and then add this automation to all markets.

If they qualify for mutlple systems, they'd still fire twice? Does the calculation get weird if you ask it to offset with greening if it fires twice?

Best way to learn how things work is to get into Practice Mode and try all these things out. You could have a separate rulesline for each system and then it should trigger more than once if conditions are met separately. Most likely your offset with greening will work fine, but if you do any green all commands then they will clash.
