I just checked in on my tax return and noticed a discrepancy. So I asked an agent to review my filing and payments and confirm I wasn't going mad.

It confirmed what I could see and suggested a few resolutions including a web chat with HRMC.

So I asked the agent to discuss my query via webchat and off it went.

Query resolved. Things are getting better and better by the week.
