guys, is there anything I can do to solve this?, as I'm unable to close out in time for example if I've misjudged a position on BD?, (see below), I've asked BD to raise my calling limits so I don't get blacklisted but they've come back to me with this?, is there anything I can do within the BA software, I've had a look but unable to see anything that relates?

Please be aware account - ******* has been showing on our internal Blacklisting alerts for several days due to excessive calling of ListSelectionTrades. This constant Blacklisting with stop your account from trading for a 60 second period each time.
Can you please review the call settings on your application and reduce the number of times you are calling ListSelectionTrades.
Please note that when using a trading tool, your call limit for ListSelectionTrades is 300 calls per 60-second period.
Please be aware this is a third-party tool so all your questions should be directed to the Tool provider.
