I can't log in

From this morning I can't log in to betfair from BetAngel

I got a .

While was working via web and other programs like agt, or android apps.

I sent a request for support but some hours have passed I don't have any reply with a long day of football and tennis coming in

Any idea?

All support queries have been replied to. Please change your connection mode to 0 and try logging in again. That should solve it.

I've had problems today and been getting the same message when trying to login on my 2nd machine, Ok on main machine.

I have reported it to support.

'never had a problem before so i suspect that something somewhere has changed.

Thanks for the reply here, but I don't one in email, even in spam folder.

With 0 connection now it works, but 0 it is slower than direct 1, do you know when will work it again?

Had a similar problem around 11.30am ... took about 10 attempts to finally login... very strange

UPDATE: I just tried to login to Bet Angel (BETDAQ) on my 2nd machine and it's fine.

I've tried turning off the Firewall but still can't login to Bet Angel Pro in any connection mode.

I can login to the Betfair website on the machine and everything else I run on there is working fine.

It seems too much of a coincidence for it to be a local problem given that several of us have had problems today. It must be either BA or Betfair that have changed something.

Betfair have changed something but it shouldn't affect you if you log in via mode 0. We will update the other modes and issue a new build.

I just tried mode 0 and that works now but I prefer to use mode 1 on the backup machine in case of API problems.

I just had a word with support.

Superfrank - your mail was replied to at 13.33 this afternoon which to be fair was before the issue had been fully identified.

There has been no response from you since then.

Whopper - no mail from your email address has been received by support at all today.

There have been several users with the mode 1 issue today but most have confirmed successful login after being directed to use mode 0.

I had the same issue this morning and in fairness Tony replied reasonably quickly.

I can report the same issue trying a 2nd login from my mobile connection.

Connection mode 0 works fine.

No issues logging in from my desktop.

Now I can't connect with 0, 1 or anything.

It freezes on login with 0 and denies with 1.

Betfair seems completely broken now.

We've patched the latest beta with a fix for betfair's web interface changes, so you can download that again if you want to use mode 1, but be very careful as betfair seems very unreliable this afternoon.

Well, now with the upgraded beta

cant connect with 0

with 1 it freeze 3 minutes and later says that it is a problem with the api and will be forced to connect direct. It works, but I don't know why if I use 1 that it isn't api says anything about api.


But, finally it works. I will be careful today with betfair.
