I'm curious about the decline in the turnover at the Dubai World Cup. It used to be a really strong market. If you go back 20 years ago, it'd be turning over £1.5 million, but it struggles even at shorter prices to get to £250,000 now.
Quite a drop off in my profits vs last year. No TPD though which didn't help.

My best ever result on the World Cup is nearly £1,700, but it's just completely died for me now.

Is it just me or is the Betfair video stream screwed today ? It's very slow and jerky with no sound.

I've had minor issues on and off with the BFL streams since Friday and it feels like something has changed.

Often the streams are taking some time to load and cycle through several tracking websites on the way. Presumably this is a Betfair thing and not something on my PC? I've never seen this before so either they never used to do this, or it never cycled slow enough for me to notice.

This is a typical cycle while loading:

Typically all back to normal now after reloaded a few times, which seems to have cleared it. The betfair forum had a few comments that led my to believe it might be wide spread issue... In this high tech AI age, off and on again is often the fix... doh!

If you look at his previous races, he doesn’t respond well to being whipped or pushed. He had specific instructions from the trainer not to use the whip, which is why the jockey didn’t carry one. She tends to stop if she’s whipped or ridden too aggressively every horse is different. There probably should have been some clarification, but I just wanted to point that out.

there is a article about it
