Bump. Log shows monitoring all selections, but not placing any bets. And only wanted servant to monitor mouse/context chosen selection!

The Stored Value Condition is testing the money traded at the best back price against the best lay price (not LTP) and vice versa for the other servantwaywyrd wrote: ↑Sat Aug 06, 2022 4:47 pmHi,
I've slightly modified this servant into 2 servants, a back 1st and a lay 1st servant. I've also added a rule to trigger only when either servant has less than 50% less money on the opposing side, at the LTP.
I would be grateful if anyone more knowledgeable than myself, could double check that I've got my modifications right.

And a big thankyou to all the forum posters who have shared their servant and automation files. It's a big help having a template as a starting point.

But both appearing to be triggering correctly when that condition is met?
Thanks Dallas. Changed the The Stored Value Condition to LTP, and now working as intended.Dallas wrote: ↑Wed Aug 17, 2022 3:30 pmThe Stored Value Condition is testing the money traded at the best back price against the best lay price (not LTP) and vice versa for the other servantwaywyrd wrote: ↑Sat Aug 06, 2022 4:47 pmHi,

Hi
I am trying to adapt this servant to stake to Back Book %.
As it stands with my mods it places a back and lay bet at the same time. I have been trying to sort this out for a while and wondered if anyone could have a quick look and see what I am doing wrong please.
Thanks

Hi Dallas, the bot works well, but perhaps I missed a step. When the back bet is placed one tick above the best market price and the lay bet one tick below the best market price, then when the back bet is matched first and then the lay bet is matched, the profit is always zero. Am I wrong? I've tested the bot several times in practice mode, but the result is always the same. It would be more logical for the lay bet to be placed two or more ticks below. Sorry if I made a trivial observation, or perhaps I'm not fully understanding the bot's meaning. Thanks.
You only need a back bet to be matched at a higher price than the lay bet to secure a profitlubrivor wrote: ↑Thu Apr 02, 2026 10:38 amHi Dallas, the bot works well, but perhaps I missed a step. This servant uses the same stake for both back and lay bets so once both are matched you'll have a profit if that selection goes on to win (but lose nothing if any of the other selections win
Its up to you if you then want to green up and spread the profit equally across all selections once you've finished using the Servant on that market (and before it goes in-play)
Or you can run it on multiple selections ie, you might want to use it on just the front three in the betting and leave any and all profits on just those three selections
