Hi all

I'm just looking into the override settings with stored values, under the parameters of my place back bet rule.

I'm trying to offset my back bet at a specific price.

So for example, if I want to offset my back bet with at lay order at 1.01, is the following the correct way to do this:

Store a value
With an Entered Amount
Entered Amount = 1.01.

On the back bet rule:

Select paramaters
Select The Override Settings With Stored Values Check Box
SV name under offset ticks =1.01

Will Bet Angel reference that stored value title 1.01 as a price, even though I didn’t store it as an actual price in the stored value section I simplied stored it as an entered amount?

Thanks for your help.

hi,
bit confused here, first you say you stored a value of 1.01, then you say you didn't actually store a value??

you can name the stored value what you want, and that is the name you put into the stored value "overide" name, the value you saved in that stored value will be the value of the offset.

Do you know how I store the a specific price as a stored value that I want, for example 1.01.

There is no option to do this under stored vales and then under the price of a selection.

Only options there are store best market price, store HTP, store LTP etc.

I tried doing this by create a stored value rule and selecting "an entered amount" from the stored value options.

Under the over ride settings I use that SV name which I stored as 1.01, but it simply offsets by a tick each time on the back bet rule, therefore not working.

Many thanks

On the stored value tab> store a value> with "an entered amount" (it near top of menu you are shown).

Sorry, I did not read all of your last post and now realise you tried "an entered amount"

If you did not overide in the parameters tab, and just set offset to 999 ticks, I think that would place your offset bet at 1.01, regardless of what price your back bet was matched at, I think!
