Export all values in a history list

I've been aware of History Lists but never used them, however I now have! My problem is I cannot see how to export the whole History List with all values contained therein. Can someone point me to a way to do this please.

Doing so would breach Betfair and if you are using them TPD's terms and conditions with regard to data export, so the option of exporting it all isn't available, its intended to be used in real-time rather than archived.

Thanks Dallas but that leaves me a little confused ... what's the point of being able to save a history of SVs if you are not allowed to use them?! So I guess it's down to the 'old fashioned' way of doing it with Excel and VBA code.
