Hi,
Trying to get my head around this and could be completely stupid question!
During in running /in play for the horses.
If a horse suddenly plunges in the odds as likely gona will would you expect to see back price move quicker?
Back v Lay price in running
I might be stating the obvious but people offer prices in the exchange so as a horse moves well in running, the offers to lay will get pulled or get taken (by the backers) and disappear from the available lay side of the ladder. It's not that the price moves but that less lay money is going to be there. The 'back price' cannot move any quicker than the lay offers are taken if that makes sense?
