Can we add a refresh rate box/drop down menu on all pop out ladders and one click screens etc to save me keeping on having to minimise the ladder or oneclick screen and return to the main window to select the refresh rate. I like to change the refresh rate from 20ms to 1sec when I'm not actively trading as it eats up my CPU.

Also there is still lots of dead space on the main window I'd like to see it optimised or have the option to customise the main screen window to be able to move and resize the staking method box or move the icons. It needs a touch of cleaning up modification imo.

If you set up two different settings profiles, one with 20ms and one with 100ms, then you can set up a hotkey to switch between the two.

Do you mean the settings profile on the one click ladder? Or the Global settings, there are so many different settings and profiles on either the main page or each of the tabs. I know how to make a hotkey but not sure how and what to select to be able to change the refresh rate in the hotkey settings/setup page.

Get everything set exactly how you want it with refresh rate set to 20ms, then save your settings (go to settings \ save settings).

Then change the refresh rate to 100ms, and save a new settings profile (go to settings \ save settings as).

This leaves you with two settings profiles, both exactly the same except one is 20ms and the other is 100ms. Then you can set up two hotkeys, each one launching one of the two settings profiles...

Hi James

I have created 2 profiles but this message keeps coming up when I switch to each profile it says I need to activate the profile so I click on the yellow box to activate but then when i switch to the other profiles the message comes up again.

And when I go to select the profile in the dropdown box the 2 new profiles I just created are not there.

Sorry to be a pain.

You need to create one single keyboard shortcut profile that contains both the two hotkeys. Then make that profile the active profile in the behaviour tab.

So I dont create 2 more profiles and point it to them, I create just one new single profile which sits above the other 2 profiles so to speak.

You need one single keyboard shortcut profile that contains the two hotkey rules. One hotkey switches settings to the 20ms version, the other switches settings to the 100ms version.

But when I go to select the parameters the settings profiles I have created for each of the refresh rates do not appear in the drop down menu.

Are you sure you're selecting "select a settings profile" and not "select a global settings profile"?
