Detecting a winner

I am having difficulty writing a rule that will detect the winner of a race between odds of 5.1-5.9 after the race is finished.
This race then becomes a qualifying race from which a back bet will then be made.
Any help appreciated.

There are a number of ready-made examples which retrieve the winner using a .baf file like in this one

For the price I assume you mean runners with a SP of 5.1-5.9
