Hi everyone

I loged to my Betangel and all settings are different even when I load my profile. My one click screen is gone. Is now attached to the bottom of guardian. I don't know what to do. I have important settings for my trading and automation. All gone . Any reason please?

Yes it's looks like yours. I have plus matched bets saved bets excell etc

The ladder is ok . Automation profiles are loaded as well. Just the one click screen is messed up.

What happens if you right click on an open market in Guardian and select 'display market in a new one-click screen'?

If restarting your PC and Bet Angel doesn't resolve then I would raise a ticket with support. https://support.betangel.com/support/home

I logged from another pc and there is working everything fine. Must me problem only on this pc.

I exported settings from another computer to this and is working now. But strange as I lost on this pc the settings

Is it a new computer? And/or have you recently installed any Windows updates? Someone else was complaining of a similar sounding issue couple of days ago on a new laptop.
