Betfair fiddling returns?

I know its not breaking the bank but....I had similiar the other day i noticed...but just had again...
This return is not correct is it...seems to have given me the place odds?
I would try and ask but the help section on the exchange doesnt work, opens a new window which on all browsers has an error...

This is correct, it was a dead heat so return should be £0.80 minus 1p commission.

The Betafir helpdesk is a pop-up so you need to disable any ad or pop-up blockers for the chat window to open.

Its ok, allegedly it was a dead heat...i watched it and saw it was close but was not anywhere near a dead heat...anyway...solved!
