Cannot store Official Rating (OR) of a Selection

Hi I saw in this page https://www.betangel.com/user-guide/stored_values.html
you can store Official Rating of a Selection - Will Store the Official Rating of the selection
However, I don't see this option in store value, nor in TPD in selection or market
