Feeds not coming through for some tournaments

Morning,

I've noticed since yesterday the scores aren't pulling through for a couple of tournaments where they had been earlier in the week plus Stuttgart ATP qualifiers aren't either (I know its a qualifier but they do normally pull through)

From screenshot Hertenobosh WTA is ok.

Prostejov challenger is the one where they weren't pulling through yesterday but had been during rest of week.

Hi mate, this is not BetAngel's fault.

Regarding ATP and Challenger tournaments specifically, many strange things have been happening since Monday. Bet365 isn't even providing betting options for some tournaments and regarding this tournaments while Betfair Exchange offers match odds, it doesn't have a live stream. Not to mention the lack of score updates, and on Betfair Exchange, many markets are disappearing, not being offered, or are limited. Today, all ATP and Challenger matches don't even have game winner and total game markets; they appear before the match but don't go live. Coverage is extremely limited, and scores are barely being updated.

There seems to be a major problem involving not only score updates but also market availability, not only for Betfair Exchange but also for Bet365.

To be even more precise, there's been a serious problem for several days now regarding the provider of feed and market data, resulting in limited coverage. It's one of two things: either it's a serious problem they haven't been able to resolve yet, or there's been some drastic contractual change between the data providers and the ATP (which also manages the Challengers).

That's right, everything involving the WTA (including its smaller tournaments) is 100% okay. The issue is actually directly linked to the ATP (which also oversees the Challengers). Let's hope it's a problem that will be resolved and not a new standard from now on, because it's awful. Problems with scores and lack of betting markets would be a huge step backwards! And as I mentioned, the issue comes from the top, because Bet365 is also experiencing this. I've never seen Bet365 stop providing entire tennis tournament matches, especially ATP or Challenger tournaments, and this week it's happening (not with all of them obviously, but some, like the Centurion tournament).
