I use Live Score and haven't had any issues with anything at all at the moment,(Been Running It For Quite A While), I randomize the call so every one is different, between 1 and 4 seconds. Seems to do the trick, fingers and toes crossed
Fast enough for the strategies that I use.

are you able to share the code you use to scrape livescore, hitting a wall with sofascore and trying to bypass but its so strenuous and got my ip blocked.

If anyone has had any issues with the sofascore API they have made X-Requested-With header mandatory since yesterday

I've slowly stepped away from Sofascore and to proper API's for more consistency.

Haven't used them for a little while, so my code is probably out of date now anyhow.
