Hi All,
I think this question has been asked before, although I couldn't find it in the Forum.
Can the WAP (weighted average Price ) be calculated in Bet Angel, or even better is it available?
Thanks
Michael

Try searching the user guide for "VWAP"

BA, and every refresh. You can also reset the T1 so you can see what it is over different time periods, not just from when the market opened.

VWAP uses the volume delta (change) between two times, T1 being the start and T2 the end, which is usually the most current. In financials T1 is usually the start of day, but it can be anytime in the current day. I think BA called setting T1 a "VWAP checkpoint" rule. So you might just be interested in the VWAP since the market opened or just the preceding x minutes. Or want to compare long, medium and short term VWAPs
You can also use it to reset when the race starts, to seperate pre race and in-running money.
You just need to be mindful that following a reset the vwap will zero until there's been some market activity.
(most of this is from memory so check latest version docs)
